Standard, non-custom items may be eligible for return if they are unused, uninstalled, clean, undamaged and returned in original packaging with all included components. The product must not show signs of installation, modification, cutting, crimping, heat exposure, corrosion, water exposure, electrical use or customer damage.
Marine Custom Wire may decline a return if the item has been installed, altered, damaged, used on a boat, exposed to water, cut to length, modified, missing components or returned in a condition that prevents resale or safe inspection.
4. Custom Products and Built-to-Order Harnesses
Custom marine wiring harnesses, special lengths, customer-requested configurations, built-to-order products, modified assemblies and project-specific wiring solutions may not be eligible for return or refund unless Marine Custom Wire determines there was an error, defect or fulfillment issue.
Before approving a custom order, customers should carefully confirm boat details, electronics brand, device count, battery location, routing path, length requirements and application. Once a custom item is built or shipped, return options may be limited.
5. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact Marine Custom Wire as soon as possible. Please keep the product, packaging, shipping label and any damaged materials until the claim is reviewed. Photos of the box, packaging, label and product condition may be required.

6. Incorrect or Missing Items

Products that have been installed, cut, modified, connected to power or used on a boat may not be returnable unless Marine Custom Wire determines that a return or replacement is appropriate after review.
9. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, Marine Custom Wire will process the refund using the original payment method when possible. Refund timing may vary depending on the payment processor, bank or card issuer.
Shipping charges, handling charges, payment processing fees, custom work, expedited shipping, return shipping and other non-product costs may be non-refundable unless Marine Custom Wire determines otherwise.
10. Exchanges and Replacements
